Our Client is a Leading Global Food & Beverage company. They are looking for a CFO, ideally, with 22+yrs experiencein in manufacturing, corporate setup & other SBU. To monitor & supervise all the functions related to Finance & Accounts of the respective business. Direct the accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with statutory, company and business requirements
Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing of books of accounts
Review of monthly accounts, trial balances and consolidation of annual accounts
Implemented/updated IndAS, IFC, IC, COA, DOA, GRC, Authority Matrix , automation and digital drive KPI monitoring and presentation of deck Risk assessment and control mechanism, etc.
The company is IPO bond, preference for experience in managing the IPO process in India. Strong knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, etc.
Preferably should have exposure to SAP environment.
QUALIFICATION
CA: Mandatory
(CA+CS or CA+LLB or CA+MBA) Preferred but not mandatory
