Job Description:
-Responsible for leading global tax & regulatory compliance across India, US & Singapore.
-Will oversee financial governance, accounting, legal oversight, and risk mitigation for diversified portfolios.
-Maintaining multi-entity financial reporting, internal controls, and audit framework with accuracy and timelines.
-Reporting cash flows & treasury operations ensuring liquidity, banking relationships, and investment safety.
-Setting up governance controls, compliance systems, and financial discipline for family office entities.
-Preparing MIS dashboards, strategic financial reports, scenario planning, and investment analytics for leadership.
-Finalisation of accounts, statutory & internal audits, tax strategy, and regulatory filings.
-Managing stakeholder relationships with auditors, wealth managers, legal advisors, tax consultants & banks.
-Overseeing philanthropic capital planning, compliance, and alignment with long-term impact goals.
Job Requirements:
-M.Com / MBA Finance with 15 years of progressive leadership experience.
-Experience in global taxation, multi-country compliance, and diversified portfolio management.
-Strong expertise in governance, risk controls, legal frameworks, and financial systems.
-Ability to manage wealth, real estate, philanthropy, and investment structures.
-Strong analytical mindset, confidentiality, stakeholder management & crisis handling.
-Experience with audit environments, MIS reporting, investment evaluation, and treasury operations.
