You’re stepping into a curated global ecosystem of finance leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-caliber FP&A professional who brings strong financial modeling, business partnering, and strategic insight to support US-based organizations. This role goes beyond reporting — you’ll work closely with leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, evaluate business decisions, and influence outcomes through data.

If you’ve built models from scratch, partnered with stakeholders in the US, and enjoy turning complex financial data into clear business stories, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own end-to-end financial models (3-statement models, operating models, scenario & sensitivity analysis).
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for US entities.
  • Analyze actuals vs forecast/budget and deliver clear variance explanations with actionable insights.
  • Partner with US leadership teams to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, cost optimization, and investment cases.
  • Prepare executive-ready dashboards and presentations for CFOs, finance leaders, and investors.
  • Support board decks, investor reporting, and ad-hoc strategic analysis.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and financial discipline.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of FP&A experience, with meaningful exposure to US-based organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling (Excel is a must; experience with advanced models preferred).
  • Proven experience owning budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Ability to translate numbers into business narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP / management reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable working directly with US stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, services, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Why Join MAVI

🌍 Global Exposure: Collaborate with venture-backed startups and high-growth companies.
